Yenkar, New York -It is with deep sadness and hearty grief that we announce the death of Almeeda Vega-Rees, who left this world on 13 June 2025. Almeda was a cute soul, a nutritious member of the Yonkars community, whose presence touched many people’s lives. Although his physical journey has ended, the love, light and legacy they leave will remain in the hearts of all those who had blessings to know him.
Almida was an incarnation of heat, kindness and calm strength. They were the kind of person who could make any place feel like a home, and any moment feels like a funded memory. Whether through the words of encouragement, the work of generosity, or simply their hearing ear gift, Almeda’s presence was a continuous source of comfort and happiness for all who crossed their way. He was a beacon of love for his family, a loyal friend, and a guiding spirit for many people in the neighborhood. In a world that could often seem chaotic and uncertain, Almedea stood as a rock, providing stability and unwavering support to the needy people.
The family was at the center of everything, kept Almeda dear. He was a dedicated parents, brother -in -law, grandson, cousin and friend. Almeda nurtured his relationship with patience and honesty, always to put the needs of others in front of him. He was a type of person who would leave everything to lend one hand, whether he was offering a neck, preparing food, or just sharing some words of knowledge that seemed to come only at the right time. Almeda’s life was rich in love, and his kindness was clear in every conversation. In the time of both celebration and difficulty, Almeda was a stable hand and a loving heart, always ready to support his family and friends through the most challenging moments of life.
His life among Yonkar was one of the community, connections and compassion. Almeda was known for his soft feeling and permanent belief, qualities, who gave him deep respect to the people around him. Whether he is voluntary of his time to help others, attends the neighborhood meetings, or just being a reliable friend who always shows when needed, the commitment of commitment to make the world of Almeda a better place was clear. He believed in the power of kindness and the importance of showing love to everyone regardless of their background or circumstances. Almeda’s contribution to the community was irreversible, and would be remembered not only for his actions, but for kindness, which was radiated from his heart.

To honor Almeda’s life and celebrate his memory, a memorial will be visited at Sinatra Funral Home on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. Family, friends and loved ones are invited to participate, reflect and share in their stories of love, gratitude and remembrance during this difficult time. This will not only be a moment to mourn the loss of a beloved member of the community, but to celebrate a life that radiates and inspires so many.
