Authorities in Cleveland, Ohio are urgently searching for a missing 17-year-old woman and her 4-month-old baby, both of whom disappeared late Thursday, March 5.

Teenager Morgan Hall was last seen leaving her apartment on East 156th Street with her infant son, Messiah Hall, just after 10 p.m. The Cleveland Police Department (CPD) described Morgan as 5’2″ tall, weighing 238 pounds, with brown eyes and green hair. Her baby Messiah is said to have black hair, brown eyes and weighs about 16 pounds.

CPD has expressed concern, saying that both Morgan and Messiah are considered at risk, especially given Morgan’s history of escapes. This is the second time in more than a week that she has gone missing; She was last reported to have run away from her home on February 25. Authorities are focusing their search on the Harvard-Miles neighborhood, although they have not provided further details on how they reached the location.

The seriousness of the matter is heightened by the young age of both Morgan and her child, raising concerns for their safety. Local police are appealing for the public’s assistance and asking anyone with information about their whereabouts to come forward.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Fifth District Police Cleveland Division at (216) 623-5500 or the non-emergency line at (216) 621-1234.

The community is still in danger as authorities continue their search, and hopes are high that the mother and child will be found safe.
