Baton Rouge Police Department (BRPD) said 24 -year -old Zamarkus Whitrock is facing serious allegations when a woman accused her of raping her while he was tattooed.

After the alleged attack, the victim sought medical attention and fully collaborated with the authorities by presenting a forensic rape examination, usually known as a rape kit.
