The Wabasha County community is mourning the loss of 24-year-old sciler Heljson, which lost his life in a two-vehicle accident on 1 June 2025 on Saturday evening.
According to the Wabasha County Sheriff Department, the collision took place at around 6:46 pm near 31583 County Road 67, including a Polaris RZR off-road vehicle and a Chakma Ram 2500 pickup trucks.
Helzson, who was running the Polaris RZR at the time of the accident, was with a passenger. Dodge Ram 2500 was operated by a 34 -year -old man whose identity has not yet been released publicly.
The authorities have not hurt other persons at this time. The first respondent arrived at the scene quickly but, sadly, Skiler Helzson was declared dead on arrival.
His passenger status has not been revealed, and no further information has been released about the status of the other driver. The Minnesota State Petrol is assisting the Wabasha County Sheriff Office in reconstructing and investigating a complete accident to determine the cause of deadly collision.
