Around 2:00 pm, Law Enforcement Officers were sent to a residence located in 24000 blocks of River Edge Drive in Millsboro after receiving a shoot report in progress. On reaching the spot, the authorities were met with a heartbreaking point of view of three men who were shot and lying outside the residence.
