The Delaware State Police Homeoid Unit has confirmed the arrest of 25 -year -old Marcus Harris, who now faces allegations of murder and related crimes regarding fatal shooting.

Around 2:00 pm, Law Enforcement Officers were sent to a residence located in 24000 blocks of River Edge Drive in Millsboro after receiving a shoot report in progress. On reaching the spot, the authorities were met with a heartbreaking point of view of three men who were shot and lying outside the residence. Emergency respondents worked quickly, but sadly, 19 -year -old Andree ‘Mosley Junior, Elandel, Delaware, was declared dead on the spot.

The other two victims, whose identity has not been released publicly, was taken to a nearby hospital. Officials report that both the victims have upheld non-jailed injuries and are expected to recover. Despite the rapid response to emergency services, the tragic disadvantage of Andree ‘Mosley Junior has grieved the loss of a bright, promised young life to his family, friends, and the community.

During the initial response, the soldiers determined that the suspected shooter, Marcus Harris, were still indoors. The authorities entered the residence and took Harris into custody without any incident.
