Whether congratulating a friend with a smile, offering without asking hands, or sharing knowledge, he carried forward the legacy of respect, humility and grace. In family circles, among friends, and all over the community, Ernest left footprints that the time would not disappear.
His life was a reflection of deep root values, along with respect to others, and a commitment to live with purpose. Those who knew them do not make their kindness rare, but some remember as continuous. His words were thoughtful, his actions were generous, and his legacy was one of the calm but powerful effects.
In his memory, a funeral service will be located in the upper cut meat Community Hall on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 1:00 pm, upper cut meat, Rosebad Indian Reservation, South Dakota, where family, friends and loved ones will gather to honor so many lives.
