Louis, mo -A tragic scene has surfaced in North City St. Louis, where a deadly shooting near the intersection of Kosuth Avenue and Shreve Avenue has inspired an investigation into a full -scale murder. The incident happened earlier today and has left the local community in a state of shock and mourning.
According to preliminary reports by witnesses at the scene, the victim – who has not yet been released – was found to be unconscious and was not breathing in the nearby street. Some accounts suggest that the person may be thrown from a vehicle before being discovered. Emergency respondents attempted life -saving measures, but the victim was declared dead on the spot.
Officials of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department quickly secured the area as homeicide detectives were called to handle the investigation. Kosuth’s stretch near Shreve has been closed because investigators search for evidence and talk with witnesses.
