Fitness influencer and content creator Sarah Greene is grieving the loss of her 23-year-old daughter, Honor Forrest, who passed away on February 23. In an emotional tribute shared on her Instagram, Green expressed the deep pain of losing her daughter.
“My beautiful daughter, Honor. My baby forever,” Green wrote. “Our hearts are broken. There are no words for this kind of pain. As her family and her closest friends, we are holding on to each other and relying on our faith to move forward each day.”
Just days later, on March 8, Green posted a series of photos of himself with Honor, paying a heartfelt tribute with the caption, “My baby… If only love could save you ♥️.” While Green didn’t share specific details about Honor’s cause of death, she did include hashtags like #saynotodrugs, #addiction, #ketemaine, and #mentalhealth, suggesting that substance abuse and mental health struggles may have played a role in her daughter’s untimely death.
Green, who has amassed more than 90,000 followers on Instagram by sharing fitness tips and healthy recipes, previously celebrated Honor’s 23rd birthday in July 2025. At the time, she posted a collection of favorite photos of her daughter from throughout her life, expressing immense pride in her accomplishments.
“My first birth, first child, first love ♥️23 today 🥹❤🎈celebrates,” Green wrote in a birthday tribute. “You’re more beautiful, smart, funny, and lovable than you know. I’m so proud of you.”
In addition to her work as a fitness influencer, Green co-founded By the Beach Nutrition, a nutrition club in Southsea, England, with her husband Kevin in 2025. The club serves as a space to promote healthy living and well-being in the local community.
Honor’s family is preparing to honor her memory with a celebration of life ceremony to be held on March 18, as Green shared on Instagram.
As Sara Green recovers from this unimaginable loss, her followers, friends and family are rallying around her with love and support. The community’s thoughts are with him and his family during this incredibly difficult time.
