Franklin, TN-A 32-year-old man is in custody after a violent change that increased in a shoot in Franklin on Friday night. The Franklin Police Department (FPD) confirmed that Charles Crane had been arrested and accused in connection with the incident, which took place outside the Vep World, a local retail shop located on West Main Street.
Officials say the shooting took place on Friday, June 13, 2025 at around 9:00 pm, in the installation parking. According to investigators, the incident began as a warm confrontation between two men. The argument quickly increased, the closing in the crane is allegedly pulling a gun and discharges it.
Fortunately, the afflicted victim was not physically injured during the encounter, but the police described the situation as “highly dangerous” and charged the crane accordingly. Shortly after the incident, he was arrested and booked on allegations of serious hooliganism, which attempted criminal murder and increased attack.
Crain is currently being held at a bond of $ 825,000 in Williamson County Jail. His first court is expected to be presented in the beginning of next week.
