Cindy was a beacon of heat, compassion and unwavering belief. Known for his vibrant smile and liberal soul, he touched countless lives with his kindness and real care, which he met with everyone. La Port, a lifelong resident of Texas, she was a fundamental member of the community and a familiar face for many people.

For nearly 30 years, Cindy dedicated herself to his work as a barber – just more than a profession, it was his ministry. In his salon chair, he offered more than a haircut or a new style; He offered encouragement, laughter and a hearing ear. His customers often felt renewed not only in appearance, but also in the soul. It was in those moments, as he styled his hair or shared a story, that Cindy had an impact that went far beyond the physical. His customers became his friend, and the relationships he had in that place were created on trust, respect and mutual care. Many of them met him in a trusted, a friend and a counselor.

Cindy’s biggest pride and Anand came from her family. She was a dedicated wife to her loving husband, Alexandrik and a nutrition, a nutritional mother to her son Alek Miller. His bond was one of deep love, mutual respect and unwavering strength. His house was full of love, laughter, and someone’s comfort that always knew what to say, or how to listen. Whether he is celebrating a family milestone, gathering for a quiet dinner, or sharing everyday moments, Cindy made those moments extraordinary. Whatever her unwavering love for her family had done, it was clear – whether she is supporting her son through her challenges or sharing a quiet moment with Alexandrik after a long day.

Outside her work and family, Cindy was active in her church and local reasons, always eager to lend or offer prayer. His faith was his foundation, and it was distorted through his words and deeds. She believed in kindness, importance of grace and power of strength found in the community. His church family was an extension of his own, and he supported him in every way. From organizing charity events to praying to the needy people, Cindy created his mission to help others – whether through his time, its words, or his support. His faith was the compass that directed his actions, and his compassion was the heart of everything he did.

The absence of Cindy is felt deeply – not only by her immediate family but also with her presence from many lives. Friends, customers, neighbors, and extended family members are mourning a woman whose heart was big as her personality. He was the kind of person who saw you, heard and felt valuable. Whether you were a lifelong friend or someone he had just met, Cindy had a way to feel like you. His warmth and real interest in others made him a unique and nurtured person. His disadvantage is really unfathomable, and his family, friends and community are left to navigate a world without his comfortable appearance.

Cindy’s family hopes that through this contribution, others can be spared the pain they are experiencing and that the legacy of others taking care of others will help make a difference in the world.

Although his time on this earth was tragically cut off, the legacy of Cindy lives through the life he touched, the love he had given independently, and memories that would never fade. He was a light in this world – and that light will never be extinguished.
