The Scarlett was the daughter of Clint Hall, former Principal of Gainsville High School (2021-2023) and his wife, former Principal of Shelby Hall. Known for its bright smile, cheerful feeling, and the heat brought to all the people around them, Scarlett placed a special place in the hearts of his school students, teachers and Greater Ozark County community.
The accident occurred from PP Highway in Douglas County near a Creek Bridge bridge, where Scarlett was playing. Sadly, she was trapped in a powerful stream and was drawn in the narrow scope of the culvert, which was trapped under water.
