Born on 15 June 1984, Torington, Connecticut, Tarah Mark and Mai (Rychlovsky) were the beloved daughter of Haley. It was raised in a family that created a strong sense of community and compassion, Tarah grew up in the area that she would serve so selflessly. His educational journey was marked by determination and achievement. Tarah participated in local schools and earned a bachelor’s degree in American history from the University of Connecticut (Uconn), before advancing his passion for justice and law at the New Hampshire School of Law, where he earned his Juris doctor’s degree.

During his professional life, Tarah dedicated himself to help others. As a legal lawyer to the connecting department of rehabilitation services, she became tireless to persons with disabilities. His job focused on ensuring that people who faced physical and mental challenges were given the support and resources that were necessary to fulfill them independent and life. The passion for Tarah’s legal expertise and fairness increased beyond his work with the Department of Rehabilitation.
