With the broken hearts, Livisville, with the family of Indiana, friends and community, the sudden and tragic loss of Kodi Allen Denny was mourned, which died on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 33 years old, after a devastating motorcycle accident. Their passing has led to a gap hole in all those who knew them, because they now struggle to come up with the absence of a person who was known for his warmth, loyalty and infectious spirit. Kodi, who is lovingly known as “DJ”, was for his closest people, a dear son, brother, uncle, friend, leader and courageous, whose life was full of love, laughter and promise. His untimely death has sent shockwaves through his family and community, but his legacy – with a deep commitment to live a complete life and with purpose – will survive all of them, whom he touched.
Born in New Castle, Indiana and Pala -Bad, Kodi was a proud graduation of New Castle High School. His intellect, determination, and desire to grow were quickly clear, the qualities that inspired him to earn two degrees in business from Ball State University and Iv Tech Community College. Kodi’s educational achievements were not only a reflection of his ability to succeed, but also his unwavering commitment to self-reform and progress. He always wanted to learn, grow and improve himself, and he did these values with him during his career and personal life. His success in both his education and his professional life was inspired by the real desire to have a positive impact on the world around him.
Since 2023, Kodi worked at HSM Solutions in New Castle, where his leadership, Work Ethi and Heart earned him a promotion for the plant manager – a role he hugged with humility and pride. In his professional capacity, Kodi believed the importance of upliftment of others, and he often talked about the heritage he expected to leave behind. His leadership was not about the title or praise; It was about promoting a positive and supportive environment where his team could flourish. Kodi’s approach to leadership was based in kindness, integrity and real care for others, and he always inspired the people around him to perform their best and to treat others with respect and sympathy.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kodi was a person of passion. A courageous in the heart, he was happy to travel, hunt, fishing, and hug the great outdoor – which he inherited from his father and shared with his loved ones. Kodi’s love for the outside was not just a hobby; This was a way of life. Whether he is spending time in nature or starting exciting campaigns with friends, he lived for experiences that allowed him to join the world in a meaningful way. He was particularly proud of two off-grind Canadian campaigns, where he lived away from the ground with friends, every time he was full of enthusiasm and stories. These exploits reflected Kodi’s courageous spirit, his thirst for exploration and his deep praise for the beauty of the natural world.
In 2022, Kodi bought his first Ducati motorcycle, quickly developed a love for the open road. Their enthusiasm for the motorcycle was more than just one passion for speed; It was a symbol of his love for freedom and adventure. He dreamed of buying a Harley Davidson to ride with his sisters and his colleagues, making memories together that would go throughout his life. Sadly, those plans were never felt, but the memories of riding with happiness and enthusiasm with Kodi’s ride will remain in the hearts of their loved ones forever. For Kodi, open road was a place of liberation, happiness and self-expression, and it became a part of the heritage he left behind.
Kodi was also a dedicated gym-goer, music lover and family person. His presence burnt every place he has recorded, and he had an innate ability to feel comfortably. Kodi was never busy examining his mother, joking with his brothers, or spending time with his niece and nephews, which the world meant for him. While he did not have his own children, his nutritional spirit made him a father for many, especially his younger brother, Jais, whom he protected fiercely and directed him with cool strength. The bond between Kodi and his brothers and sisters was created on a love, belief and respect, and it was clear that he always made time for those whom he cared for the most. His family had everything for him, and he was a continuous source of support and love throughout his life.
Miami was Kodi’s bond, true love and mutual support with her girlfriend, Elena Marino. The two shared a deep connection, and Kodi often spoke of the future that they were building together. He accepted Elena and was ready for a life filled with shared adventures, love and happiness. Kodi’s two dogs, Leo and Sophie completed their world, and they treated them with the same affection and care that they gave to all of them. Her pets were not just animals for her – they were family, and they took them bath with love and carefully.
Kodi used to listen and love to know that he saw, heard and loved. Their infectious smile, rapid laughter, and the ability to make others feel important left an indelible impression on every life. They had a supernatural ability to feel everyone to feel, and his real interest in others made him a dear friend, family member and colleague. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 11:00 am in the Hinsi-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle, committed by a lifetime family friend, Rev Paul Davis. In honor of Kodi, motorcycle drivers are encouraged to ride in the funeral procession, which symbolizes freedom and passion that defines their lives.
