Snellville, Ga. – It became tragic to firing at the Brisko Park on Saturday evening at a peaceful firing shortly before 9:00 pm, injuring four teenagers.
Police say the victims, all the teenagers, at the age of 14 to 17, were found with gunshot wounds when the officials reached the spot. All were taken to local hospitals for treatment. The limits of their injuries have not yet been made public.
Shooting has sent shockwaves through the Snellville community, as families and residents are often filled with children and families, struggling with disturbed violence incorporating young people in a public place.
Law enforcement officers quickly responded to the scene after the shooting report. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) Crime Scene Unit is currently processing evidence, while investigators of Snelillville Police (SPD) actively lead to determining who is responsible.
Officials have not released information about the suspects or potential motives, and no arrests have been made so far.
